Thank you for purchasing one of our Sumvision products and welcome to the support page.Please read below for registering and receiving support for your product
This technical service provides limited support for products within the one year from date of purchase.
- This service is only here to help customers diagnose a fault with their product
For any product that becomes faulty within the 12 months warrantly period from date of purchase, you are required to contact your point of purchase who will either replace the product or refund you.
Sumvision only provides support for products 1 year from the date of purchase.
We do not offer repairs to damaged products or products outside of the 12 months warranty.
- Older/discontinued products will have limited support if purchased within the 12 months from date of purchase
CCTV questions are only answered via e-mail.
For CCTV remote viewing and fitting please contact a professional CCTV installer or at point of purchase.
Please be aware we are not able to provide support for third party apps or any illegal content that you have downloaded on to any of our devices. This includes your own version of operating system.
